On February 25, 2019, Sara Stevenson, a former public school librarian, authored an article titled Librarians Are Teachers for TribTalk: Perspectives on Texas, an online publication of The Texas Tribune. In this article, she cites the school library impact studies and, specifically, the May 2018 Forbes article, which was based in part on the March 2018 Phi Delta Kappan meta-analysis of those studies.
