In late January, the Library Research Service released a CLOSER LOOK report entitled The Public Computer Centers Project: Coloradans Benefit from Access and Training.  I co-authored this report with Robbie Bravman Marks.  This project and the report were funded by a grant to the Colorado State Library from the federal Broadband Technology Opportunity Program (BTOP).
